The leadership structure at The Vineyard is organized to reflect the truth that Jesus is the leader of His church, and He is the Good Shepherd that has laid down His life for His sheep (John 10:11). So as our pastors lead our church, what they are really doing is following the lead of the Good Shepherd. That means you won’t find a “Senior Pastor” on this page since that title is reserved for Jesus. But what you will find are three men that are equal in authority, diverse in function, and united in their leadership of God’s people as they follow His lead.
